Spacious, immaculately clean, handy for station but complicated confirmation process.
Exceptionally clean. Nice patio area. Very spacious. Location good for rail travellers.
Laborious confirmation process with threat of cancellation if we didn't manage to confirm. Took about 6 or more emails, it was quite stressful, especially at this busy time of year. Dangerous kettle - the lead was too short to reach the plug so the kettle dangled from the plug socket. We put it on an upturned basket when it was in use but this is not a safe solution, it could easily have slipped and poured boiling water on anyone standing next to it.

Confortable apartment near Plaza Espana
We stayed there as it was close to Pueblo Espanol, where we were doing an event. We only checked in for around 90 mins where we changed our clothes, ordered pizzas for dinner then headed out to our location to work untill around 6:30am. What I likes about the apartment were that the rooms were spacious and clean, the decor was simple, well insulated and that their was enough Space for all 7 of us. The location was also great as it was not too far from where we were working and besides being very close to many shops etc, thé street WE stayed on was very quiet and call with no loud noises on thé street.
Whilst the Check-in process was very friendly, quick and easy, the check-out process was abit rocky but as I had another 6 people staying with me things can happen. Xanna the customer service lady was very friendly and informative, she gave us permission to extend our check-out untill 13hr, which WE were all greatfull for as we went to bed between 6:30 - 7am as we organized an event. By the time we checked out and were having lunch across the street I recieved a message with video from Xanna saying that house keeping found a sheet with some blood on it and it will have to be sent out to wash and will charge it from my 300 euros deposit. Luckily I was with my team and once I mentioned it one of them mentioned that it must be hers as her menstruation came earlier than expected. I didnt respond to Xanna imediately as we were just ordering our meals and would agree to pay for the cleaning. Then a minute later another message from Xanna saying that house keeping claims that we were smoking in the apartment. At that point whilst waiting for our food and asking if anyone smoked in the apartment, which everyone denied, I never saw anyone smoked inside, I called her imediately. Xanna answered and explained that house keeping claims that not only cigarettes but marijuana was smoked because of the smell. I explained that I never saw anyone smoked inside and one of my collegues who's a non smoker just mentioned that she found some cigarette butts on the floor when she opened her windows and threw them in the bin. No one smoked marijuana as we were all working and obviously not in a hotel or touristic apartment. When speaking to Xanna and she mentioned the sheets, I said yes, Im willing to pay for them as my collegues said that it was an accident but I never saw anyone smoked from the evening when we checked in to when we came back from the évent as we went straight to bed from around 6:30am untill 12hrs.

Very nice and large but need a little more in the leaving room
Two large bedrooms with bath in each one. Good kitchen (even we did not used it) Nice close yard only for this apartment. Very good location close to main street but very quite. See the different images for each one
Small and very basic leaving room. There are a few apartments ( I think three), each one is a little different. Ours was the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

Very Good
We stayed there last year so we knew what to expect and familiar with the location, main street was closed off to traffic during Saturday and Sunday, I'm not sure if it applys to every weekend though.
Washing machines were broken on rooftop, so we had to use local laundry service.
